CBG Quality Construction built and designed this Passive Home in Alpine Estate, Wanaka for the future. 
They considered warmth on a cold Wanaka night,  comfort, the health of families residing and the aesthetics of the home.
It is a home that is energy efficiency, a home that is future proofed with PV solar and provision to charge an electric car, a home that requires little maintenance so the family can enjoy the Wanaka environment. A mechanically ventilated home with cooling included for those hot summer days, accompanied by quality fittings and fixtures.

The timber flooring is FSC sourced, its manufacture multilayered,  EO rated with low VOC glues and 90% recyclable packaging. Installation using Bona adhesives all environmentally friendly and green certified.
